Borga Goods Delivery Policy
We deliver to supported locations in Ghana using partner logistics providers. Delivery timelines and fees vary by location, product size, and service demand.
Final delivery charges are calculated during checkout after you select your delivery location.
1. Delivery Coverage
1.1 Delivery is available only in listed checkout locations.
1.2 Availability may change due to weather, road restrictions, or partner capacity.
1.3 If your selected location cannot be serviced after order placement, support will contact you with next steps.
2. Delivery Timelines
2.1 Estimated delivery time is shown during checkout and in order updates.
2.2 Large or fragile items may require additional handling time.
2.3 During promotional periods, deliveries may take longer than usual.
3. Delivery Attempts
3.1 Please ensure your phone number is reachable on the delivery day.
3.2 If delivery fails due to unreachable contact details or unavailable recipient, a re-delivery fee may apply.
3.3 Orders not received within the allowed holding period may be cancelled according to our cancellation policy.
4. Delivery Issues
4.1 If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, report it within 24 hours of delivery.
